Waffle House - Lawrenceville

Hands down worst waffle house experience EVER! On the way home with the family stopped and thought we would get a light bite. Simple order everything came wrong and the atmosphere was not welcome. Guess it's good that there are many of them because this is not revisited.

I went last weekend and the waiter that helped me with my order got part of my order incorrect. I ordered two burgers with sauteed onions and I've had this at another location. This waiter put everything on my burger and I was baffled because the onions were not sauteed like I asked. I still left a tip because I'm not heartless, but I won't be coming back to this particular location. Unless this is fixed. Oh might I add it wasn't the least bit busy as you could clearly hear what I asked for as if you couldn't they could have asked me to write it down.

I give this a 5 star rating mainly for our server, Lauren. She's attentive with her tables while helping other servers AND training new team members. The food is always good and they decorate for each season.

My husband and I love Waffle House. We've always loved going to Waffle House. We haven't been going not so much lately but we decided to go to Waffle House recently because we hadn't been there in a while and we always go and order some great breakfast. At first it was a little crowded, but then we were able to get a table so we could sit down and order food. I love the eggs with the extra crispy bacon and hash browns and sometimes I'll have coffee or sometimes I just have orange juice. Waffle House is the hot spot when you just want a quick breakfast for a great price. You can't beat Waffle House. I always love going there the service is good and the food is good.

The customer service experience was wonderful I appreciate the two workers who were there and took us late at night. They had great attitudes and super friendly they deserve a raise I do appreciate y?all. My food came out super good and super fast.
