Samurai Blue - Lawrenceville

My daughter and I visited this restaurant on July 22nd at 9pm. We were looking to grab a quick meal before heading out, especially since it was pouring rain outside. As soon as we entered, a male employee greeted us with a firm "SORRY WE ARE CLOSED." We were confused as their closing time was supposed to be 10pm. Despite us pleading and other customers offering to share their table with us, the employee still insisted that they were closed. This experience has tainted our perception of this once-favorite sushi spot. The poor customer service, closing early at 9pm, and leaving the door unlocked left us extremely disappointed, especially when the website clearly states a closing time of 10pm.

Blue Samurai Hibachi exceeded my expectations in every way, earning a well-deserved five-star rating from me. From the moment I walked in, the inviting atmosphere, attentive staff, and incredible food made it a dining experience to remember.The food was absolutely delicious. Each dish, from the perfectly cooked steak to the succulent shrimp and flavorful vegetables, was a true delight. The quality of the ingredients and the balanced flavors were evident in every bite.The service was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The staff took the time to explain the menu and ensure that I had a great experience. The engaging chef made the meal interactive and enjoyable.

Great restaurant for a family outing or for an individual. Hibachi is amazing and they have a great atmosphere. Sushi bar is wonderful and they have a lot of choices to pick from. Very good and we are always satisfied. This is our go to for Hibachi and Sushi.
