Domino's Pizza - Lawrenceville

So I ordered a pizza around 7:45 0 and I've been waiting and it's actually 1049 and my pieces still haven't came here here yet and I called multiple times and they told me that there were 30 orders that came at the last minute around 9 15in the las,t person I spoke into a motherfuking Steven and he promised me that I was going to get a free pizza from that location as long as I call so my advice to you guys don't order no motherfuking pizza from this motherfuking place and don't let no motherfuking person named Steve and take your order cuz you probably never see that pizza. Domino's y'all owe me

They completed my order on the app and never brought my pizza. I called and they told me the driver forgot my order. How do you forget the ONLY thing you’re supposed to do….. DELIVER PIZZA. They offered no compensation, wouldn’t remake my order and said it would be delivered again…. That was 45 mins ago….. I’m still waiting. This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever had. They basically stole my money.

CREDIT CARD SCAMS! Do not go to this place! I’ve ordered and picked up food from this place multiple times in the past. Each time, there was something unprofessional about their service. I only went back because their pizza was slightly better than the Domino’s closer to me.The last two times I went there, I was wrung out by a store associate named “T”. The last time I went there he asked me for my zip code to complete the credit card transaction. I’ve never had to give them my zip code before! This time when I went there, I went through the drive through window and handed him my card to swipe and charge me $8.47 for the pizza. The receipt that he handed me read that I was charged “$8.47”. When I got home and looked at the actual charge to my credit card account it was for $10.16! I called and spoke to “Joshua”. He told me the extra $1.69 was for a tip. I told him I did not authorize a tip! His response was that there must’ve been a glitch in the system because of the rain. I’ve been there multiple times in the past, some while it was raining. There has never been a “glitch” that charged me for an unauthorized tip before. NEVER! That associate “T” took it upon himself to charge a tip to my card without my authorization! That is theft! Yes, it’s only $1.69, but that is my money. Money that I did not authorize for Domino’s or “T” to take from me. This is extremely shady business practices! And I will not give this establishment my business or my money again!Lastly, I’ve attached a photo of the **** poor excuse for a pizza! I literally could not eat this and ended up getting something else to eat for dinner.

I don't really like the pizza, service and atmosphere good though.

We ordered 2 pizzas 1 salad from this store. An hour and 40 minutes later it shows up. Ordered a ceaser salad which they brought a tossed salad. One pizza was thin with ground beef, pepperoni, ham and mushrooms. It hardly had any meat no sauce or cheese. The other pizza was pineapple and black olives. It came with no olives sauce or cheese and both were completely COLD. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. My son tried to warn me but I have always liked Dominoes. I will never order anything from Dominoes again and would not recommend them to anyone. Absolutely terrible pizza.
