I would have given them a better rating most likely, but I called before closing time and they advised me that, regardless of what their website says, they were not the deliveries.... can not evaluate what they don't let me buy. Oopsie boys... Bad shape and badly played... I'd advise you 0, but it's not allowed. Was later contacted by one of the higher ups for this facility, which was very curious and professional. Excellent customer service and retention skills sir. Too bad you don't have twins with identical skills to train all people under you. Every Friday at 7 p.m., pizza and wrestling are in my place. For a few years. On 04/22/2022 I called this place at 15:50 to put an order from 18:45. Asked a Classico Italiano with white sauce instead of red and told the female that I took my order allergic to tomatoes. I called her back when the pizza was delivered at 6:17 a.m. a paprika and pineapple pizza with red sauce. Time to deliver was too early and the wrong pizza. A man answered my second call and immediately insulted when I explained that the wrong pizza was delivered and put the same female on the phone. She had a terrible attitude and immediately took a tone with me regarding the wrong pizza and wrong time for delivery. She told me to give the pineapple back and a new one would be in 35 minutes. I asked if they could include some breadsticks for the inconvenience of the situation and they screamed no and hanged on me. A lukewarm remake arrived. Not sure whether it came from her kitchen or another house, we threw it away and ordered it instead from Casey. 05/06/2022 We decided to try this place again for our Friday pizza/wrestling. We had earned the $10 reward. Call was placed and I was told the pizza would arrive in 25 minutes. After 40 minutes I called this place and spoke to a male who defensively told me he delivered my pizza personally to my door and gave it to my little girl... I don't have kids. I told him he delivered it to the wrong door of our Quadplex and he defended himself by describing the WRONG APARTMENT and when I asked him how he missed the direction to our door, including the very large pronounced terrace fortification (which was noticed unchanged on our account since February 2021) he still announced that we got our pizza. My friend was always loud in the background as I had the phone and the male said we had no second pizza for free and then I said I should hang for the manager. The same female from the beginning came to the line saying that because we cuddled her staff and called him a deriving name (what we did not) that we would not get another pizza. I told her this was okay, but I expected a refund for inability and she just got right and hanged on me. My money was refunded, but the reward coupon was not. I tried to call this place again to talk to the owner and was given a ridiculous round about the locations Steve D has. I ended the message with Mary at Shawnee, KS location 48 hours ago. Nobody called me back. The Lawrence site is fantastic with great pizza and a service, but recently the staff we have met is absolutely lacking in customer service. Just rude and fast to throw hire and unfounded accusations. We will not visit this place again.

The food is fine, I guess. But the employees don?t care about EatStreet orders and consistently get them wrong when transferring them over to their own POS. Incorrect base sauces, ALWAYS missing extra dipping sauces that are PAID for. Good luck making an alteration to your order.

Italian sausage and pepperoni has a nice amount of heat. Just overall a really great pizza and excellent service-coming 30 minutes before estimated delivery time. I will order again and tell my friends!!

I have ordered Sarpino's multiple times. Each time the food has been great as with the free delivery. However, the last 2 times have not been remotely close to par.Last time they took almost 2 hours to deliver our pizza(we live less than 10 minutes away). I tried to be understanding and figured it was a one time thing. Then this time when we ordered we never even got our pizza. I waited till 10 minutes past the ETA that was provided via Eatstreet before calling. after a few minutes on hold they said they delivered it. I went to see if it was there and it was not. I checked all parts of my apartment building and nothing. As I said ordered here multiple times and have had back to back poor experiences. Strongly encourage not getting delivery from here.
