Bidra med feedbackI can understand many of these comments, as I was among the incredibly displeased customers at this location. I even went as far as contacting corporate. I live close by and after really seeing the issues (I had worked at one of the Tewksbury locations as a youth for many years) I realized these issues are not a result of a poorly motivated staff. They are wildly understaffed with a turnover rate so high that it would make any well managed business seem like they were amateurs. But the fact remains, the core staff members that have been there a while are all incredibly skilled and conscientious about serving their customers to the best of their ability. Those with alternate opinions will respond to this like they respond to all things but this fact is true. The issues, such as closing early, app problems, wrong orders, messiness are all things that every customer has a right to want in their food establishment, but as someone who visits there every day for a coffee and every few days for a snack, I can tell you that 95% of that is a direct result of the aforementioned blights understaffed and high turnover that are affecting EVERY business in the country. And, as far as the turnover rate, I mean, look at the tone of some these comments here. Would you want to start your first job as a teen only come face to face with this kind of anger? Again, I'm not saying customers don't have a right to feel frustrated (However, the way they behave in regard to those feelings is another matter all together) I would just ask people to have a little patience with these workers. Nurses and doctors are being praised as the real heros of America but fast food workers, who probably have a rate of covid infection not far from health care workers, get no respect whatsoever. That, I will say, is unfortunate, especially as many Americans' biggest issue right now is a worn out Netflix que.
