First of all, I was the only one in the restaurant and it was a thirty minute wait. Okay, the salmon have to be cooked fresh, but why was it so dry!!! It was over cooked! I had salmon at the Yard House the two nights ago and it was soooo delicious, moist, and seasoned just right.I was hoping for a similar experience, but no not at all! Ok so Ocho is my go to place for my Jamaican food due to the the Jerk chicken being ever so tender, flavorful, smoked and spicy! The peas and rice is put together so well that it is hard to stop eating and the plantains are always soft and sweet. The cabbage is a just right seasoned buttery masterpiece.
