This place is not good to eat. Expensive and bad. Food was with not flavor, not fresh. The service very bad. This is not a good place to eat.

I came here looking for good food which it was good and It felt like visiting family, until, I Place an order and the lady said 30min I got there 30 more minutes passed by and the food wasn't ready. I asked the guy what happened and he got livid, furious, and was shouting at me and got in my face i felt scared, for me customer service is important, and if I’m treating a person with respect, I expect the same respect. When I got home to my food, there was hair in my food and it was super cold.

My sister went to this place today 10/3/2022 and she connected me and my daughter in love so we could see the menu and Food.Carlos the owner is so welcoming and a very happy person.I'm African American and I love different nationalities of food, but I also want to feel welcomed in a place. Carlos greets you with a smile and words and Carlos even said hello to our video chat.My sister and I enjoyed the (she bought me some to try) Chicken Empanada, Steak Empanada, Arena Plana with Cheese and the Bueñuelos.I'm going to try some more food on the menu soon and I'm so glad they are on my delivery app.My granddaughter has a party later on in this month and it's an Encanto Party (her favorite movie) and we are going to order from this restaurant, some food that was in the movie.Thank you Carlos and staff for your wonderful treatment and good food.
