Bidra med feedbackJust went here, paid $7 for a large blizzard. Had a few chunks at the top, but basically the whole thing was vanilla ice cream. I didn't just pay $7 in this economy for 3/4 of it to be vanilla ice cream. I'm not sure what it is about the Laveen arealately, but pretty much all establishments have little to no care for their customers hard earned money in a recession beingspent there. I don't know whether it's an employee thing or management, but $7 for basically vanilla ice cream is asinine.
WORST customer service here in the evening by Rosela T. in the drive thru. Just trying to order and she cuts us off mid sentence. No customer service or conversation at all except for saying ?pull up? after we finish ordering. Pull up to the windowand she just takes our card then tells us ?park up front for your food?. Feel like I?m talking to a rude robot here. Won?t begoing back here, I just wanted some ice cream girl dang.

Order thru Uber Eats missing items, problem being is there was only 2 items on the order. Order date 12/21/23 8:55pm order ID AACKGLXZ9QBC. Called the store and spoke directly to store manager Johnny (that’s who he claimed to be). For a store manager he was no help automatically blamed it on the driver. Wasn’t looking for blame was wanting a resolution to the situation which he didn’t offer. What he did do was lost a customer for any future orders. I will go through Uber Eats for refund plus leave negative review for service.
