Oregon - Laval

Wow, I can't believe I'm the first person on Yelp to review the Oregon restaurant.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant and it definitely won't be our last. The menu is very intriguing, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is cozy. The wine selection is impressive and the waiter's recommendations to pair with our dishes were spot-on.

Beautiful scenery! small terrace. We tried the tasting menu with the wines to spoil us for our 9th anniversary. We loved everything. even the dumpling and sake deal. The sommelier was very kind and all the staff too. We'd like to go back!

Our first two experiences at the restaurant had been very satisfactory. a fish can be a little too cooked but very good. And what to say of melting dumping.At the third visit, shortly after the ethytic criticism of Madame Lortie...The pulp of dumping was no longer the same, stiff and not cooked enough. The fried chicken was too cooked the crust being almost burned, although the taste was there.Then friends went. even dumpling stiff, tough, and 2 dried, overcooked ris. We improvised an evening at the oregon. What a beautiful discovery!The decor is warm. We have dinner on the terrace at one of the tables that share among guests since they welcome up to 6 guests, but the space is enough not to feel stuck on other customers. We allowed ourselves the tasting menu. a deliciously selected meal and wine deal. The formula usually shares two, but as we were three, we were prepared a selection to enjoy it. We were not disappointed. On the contrary. the arrangements and selections allowed us to try some flavors that did not leave us indifferent.Each of the dishes to share were carefully presented. the portions were sufficient so that all three could eat at our hunger and even a little more. a restaurant that seems unique to me at the laval. the service was warm and the pleasant atmosphere. I can't wait to go back to make him discover others!
