Bidra med feedbackTo be fair, our sons their wives (all in their 30s) like the place. In our 60s and looking for healthier options, we were completely switched off. We went to a sat night and they were pretty busy. The service was terrible. We wait about 2 hours for our meals. We wanted to order additional drinks, but do not feel that the service gives us more money. It seems that they were seriously understated both in the kitchen and on the floor. Kudos to our waiter who tried his best. Poor guy looked challenged. He covered too much ground for a person and probably wondered what he could do for a life. Some of our children ordered the general tao chicken. What a nightly nightmare of fats and sugars. But they liked it and it's what is. As I said, the problem is that there are very few healthy options. Montreal Laval are blessed with many great restaurants. Unfortunately, Kyomi has work to do to be one of them. Finally, their parking lot is very small. We landed at the parking lot in a shopping center approx. 5 minutes walk.
The food was beautifully presented and tasted great. However, if you are looking for authentic Korean food, you will not find it here. I'm Korean and I just came back from Vancouver. I eat Korean and found this place. I ordered Bulgogi-Tacos. I was excited to try it. First it's beef, but not boggi. Bulgogi is thin cut beef with a certain sauce. So I was a little disappointed. All my friends loved their meals. It is also part of a Thai restaurant. I had to ask for the menu. If you are sitting, they offer you the Thai menu to be warned. I was already in the past at the Thai restaurant and the food is great. Just be warned that if you intend to go for Korean food, it is not authentic. I gave 3 stars about it and the fact that we waited long to pay our bill.
I was there for my daughter's 14th birthday. The staff was simply amazing. Super friendly. The food options were great. You have the Korean menu and also a Thai menu with Sukho Thai. I was in Thailand and Korea, and the food was very close to what I had over there. I was very happy with my experience. I would recommend and definately will go again. You also have a vegetarian and gluten-free menu :
The reviews online were foolish. I had to share the tacos, pork rib, tartar egg roll and all were terrible, the tartar was soggy and cone was fried, the pig was hard like a rock and seemed microshaftd, the tacos were a JOKE, a...dink layer of ground turkey filled with 100g salad and the egg roll was probably frozen and also microshaftd. The service was just as bad as one of my friends had to wait 30 minutes for their meal after the rest of us got ours. The price for the quality of food was ridiculous. Also go to A W or a third of the price if you want to eat quickly.
We got a voucher for a 3 course meal. Everything we had was delicious and there were many different varieties. The service was great and the prices were reasonable! We loved it.
