Domino's Pizza - Laval

I ordered a combo special with three toppings and cheese bread for delivery. Today was a special day for a St. Thomas fundraising event. The special was priced at $18.99, but I ended up paying $27. Despite the higher cost, I went ahead and paid for it. This will likely be my last time ordering from this restaurant.

The service is always excellent at Domino's Dorval, and the food is delicious. They provide great quality at a reasonable price with a friendly smile.

Horrible experienceFirstly I call for delivery tried to give the address to the lady she was rude and hung up, I called back her coworker picked up give me a lame excuse for her behaviour. I gave him my order and my address tried to schedule a delivery for my lunch break from work. I waited for the driver for 10 mins before calling to check on the status of the delivery, Same guy answers told me that my order doesn’t exist and that I didn’t place an order. Made me miss my lunch they could’ve been honest from the beginning so I could explore other options but they just had to ruin my day. Worst experience ever

Food is always as expected, delivery is fast and efficient. It’s almost if after I press « order » the delivery guy is already at the door. The only thing though I would appreciate is that the Dorval Restaurant would have online payment for a full seemless experience at the door.
