Veganopolis Cafe - Lausanne

Recently visited this place (22 September), the place is closed and the website states that it's temporary, however there was no sign or information at the front door and it looked like quite abandoned.

I loved the idea of a nice little vegan place, with a passionate team and a super sincere approach. The menu is simple, but you can feel everything is made with love! I had a green burger that was fabulous, juicy and garnished with delicious fixings, an amazing cocoa-banana-peanut smoothie. Also: the staff is super friendly you can have lunch sitting on the lawn in the nearby park (100m). Definitely a place to check out!

The menu is not long but having tasted 3 dished the flavors are very good. The choice of drinks is a bit limited as is the room. Excellent vegan food.

Absolutely a must-go in Lausanne! Gluten free and vegan food offered in the nicest, cosiest spot in Lausanne, two minutes walk from the lake. The burgers are not gluten free but delicious! Scarcity of space inside, maximum capacity for 6 people, so do consider a take away to enjoy sitting in the docks!

Veganopolis is a great place! The food is delicious and reasonably priced the owners are really nice people definitely worth trying it out!
