BG Café Bongénie Brunschwig Group

BG Café is the restaurant of the swiss mall called Bongénie Grider . There are three restaurants in Switzerland (Lausanne, Geneva Zurich), all located in the mall. The one I went is located in the centre of Lausanne, on the 3rd Floor. There is a...lounge part and the restaurant. Decoration is nice and they proposed a creative and light cuisine that will satisfy the most demanding. Reservation is mandatory as restaurant is always full at midday. The menu is composed of the dish of the day and other suggestion that changed every season. Service is professional. This day I ate a spinach velvety and as plate a chicken breast, with honey juice, potato mashes and green beans. Nice presentation and quality is very good (tender pieces of chicken). Highly recommended restaurant!

Restaurant at the top of the store Bon Génie (conveniently located in the center of Lausanne, Place St François). First attempt in this place popular for women .... (Indeed, very few men. I think it is because he is in a shop with articles mainly for...the female). The setting is very cozy with a lounge area to enjoy their fruit juices, coffee and homemade pie. We opted for a gourmet salad BG Café (smoked duck breast, foie gras and shrimp cocktail) and a Heart of Rump grilled herb butter nuts, potatoes anna and vegetables. As an appetizer fruit juices are fresh and excellent. Provencal soup is brought to us as a starter (excellent and fresh). The gourmet salad was nicely presented and very good (tasted foie gras). Rump with a hand butter also delicious apple anna perfect accompaniment and vegetables (broccoli, beans, carrots) very crisp and fresh. The bread is also very good and fresh. For dessert, a fabulous lemon tart with raspberry coulis. The service was very professional and very fast that it has ordered a la carte dishes, 25 min, for soup and main dishes, no complaints. The menu offers a daily, seasonal suggestions, sandwiches and fish or meat. Possibility of eating non stop at the restaurant from 11h to 17h. Areas for improvement: Price a bit excessive that comply with the atmosphere of the place. Too bad, not open for dinner.

Beautiful coffee and excellent cake. a great place for a break when shopping and the exploration of the city, especially when it is rainy, as it offers a beautiful view from the 3rd etage. everything is fresh and of high quality. I loved her berries.

That is of course a lunch. the choice is somewhat limited, but there is often a good plate du jour and always excellent torth and cake.

Not really good, nothing special. this place was very good and with a large amount. Now it is really not worth it and the "Crowd" is even bad. altish, déjà-vu and no taste in there dishes. also some plates and glasses are not so clean. emincé de veau a l’estragon looks like a sick house neal, ghe club sandwich thick and heavy, the French fries uneatable and the oil must really be changed. ... I would have given a bad vote, but the staff is sweet, smiling and nice, but not enough!
