Bidra med feedbackWhere do I start...? I?ve never had bad service here. My food is always fresh and I enjoy it every time I go here. Now I go here on a regular basis mainly thru the drive thru and there always quick and very sweet. I?ll have to say your guys employee?s are some hard workers at least the few that work through the morning time to evening. I had came in the other day to eat in. While I ate my food I watched and observed those kids. I?ll have to say like they really do try their absolute best to get their customers food to them. With the amount of people you guys would have through out the day and to see them work together like they do I?m impressed. I noticed some of them would get frustrated and maybe be a little rude but those kids are actually very kind and genuine. Then to see how when it slows down there working together to get it stocked and cleaned up before the next big rush but also having a little fun and laughing together. In my opinion they deserve a raise. Also the boy with the blessed necklace who bags the food needs to be a manager or something. He know what he?s doing! Lastly wanna say some of your night shift crew are kinda rude and could use a bit more training. And should wash their hands more. Some of them are nice though. But really seems like a few of them rather play around then work. Other then that I love my service here and will continue to come here.
Waited in line at the drive through for about 15 mins nobody answer and one employee came outside and put a cone up without saying anything I?m not sure if they were closed or not drove around and multiple employees were sitting in the window on there phone
Had to wait for 30 min when I was told 12 min. My food was cold and my burger was thrown together.
I would like to understand why the McDonald's in Laurens, South Carolina, has not fixed the drive-thru road. There are large holes in the pavement, and the trees surrounding the drive-thru are overgrown, which makes it difficult for cars to navigate. It's disappointing that they haven't addressed this issue for the sake of their customers.
I was not satisfied with the service. My order was mistakenly given to the car in front of me, and when the customer realized it wasn’t theirs, they returned it. When it was my turn, they handed me the same order that the previous customer had touched and placed it back in their window. This experience was disappointing and indicates a lack of attention to service.
