Subway - Laurel

Absolutely horrible customer service. The man who made my pizza was rude from the minute I asked him for a pizza. He became more frustrated with every ingredient I asked him to add to my pizza. While my pizza was in the oven, I was rung up, and once it was taken out there were still more toppings that I wanted to put on it from the other side. Without asking me he began to box it. When I asked him to add the additional toppings once again, he had an attitude. Then when I asked for more cheese, he informed me that it was extra even though he just saw that I had already checked out he then had an attitude and gave me the smallest amount of cheese, and boxed up my pizza. I would not at all recommend this location.

Ordered online 2 steak cheese subs 8:20 pm 8/11/23. Got home and neither has cheese !!!! How hard can it be to read the description on the receipt!!

The food was really good. The service was not bad, per se, just slow. Vegetarian options: Tons of delicious vegetarian options at Subway! Parking: There is plenty of parking here. I have never had a problem finding a decent spot, even when the place is very busy. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs or walkers! He accommodated to our likes and service was 10/10. Made a perfect hoagie!
