The food is always good here! There is a little bit of a wait but the food is worth it.

Not bad better then the 1 in down town Disney only thing is missing is the salad bar

The fried chicken is really delicious and always fresh...service is very good too.

Loved this place, it was my first time here and I felt in love!! The girls are all so nice and the chicken was so delicious!!! They make you feel welcome. My family and I can't wait to have another meal at this Pollo Campero, I love this location!!!! five starts

At 5:00 PM on NYE I went into the Laurel location for an order of 30 wings my wife ordered over the phone for a 4:30 PM pick up. I get there, someone on staff is outside stopping people from going in, saying they are not taking orders. I explained I'm picking up and she let's me in. I go in and it's complete mayhem. I spend 25 mins giving staff the name on my order. They sort of looked and eventually told me to go to the cashier and pay. I give her the name and she tells me it will be a 2 hour and 15 min wait.
