Cold Stone Creamery - Laurel

Amazing, I mean absolutely terrific service from TITO today. He was very kind, gave assurance, and made the most delicious milkshake for me today! I mean the man needs to be appreciated for his wonderful service. I hope management/corporate sees this because I’ve never had service like this from any cold stone!

Ice cream is always great but the service was just terrible. Never going back there again. The 2 girls working there made me feel like going in there was a mistake and I had to pay the consequences. I asked her what was wrong with her and she replied, I don 't have my contacts on . So I guess her forgetting her contacts was everyone 's fault. Nothing screamed more, I hate my job and hate you for making me work than her...!

There was a bug in the ice cream and the worker tried to just scoop around it.. 0/10

My ice cream doesn't even taste like authentic cold stone and I've been coming for YEARS. The guy who prepared my ice cream didn't even mix it well. I had huge clumps of toppings in my ice creAm. Very disproportionated and I'm very disappointed. Worst cold stone experience I've ever had.
