Who makes ice cold latte today needs a lot of training. I'm looking forward to having one today, as they're so nice in that. but today I was served something that had not even a color of icy latte let alone the taste. it was like sweet milk and maybe tee. when I took it back, the girl did not seem interested or even said sorry. she made a little worse to an extra sweet milk. I didn't go back in because she obviously doesn't seem to be doing anything better.
