Bidra med feedbackEat, not to blow. I like the atmosphere of the bar, the restaurant area is much too bright as eating in kmart! was perhaps time and never had a bad meal, nor an excellent but solid on this can not be disturbed cooking.' last visit, we didn't even get a meal! the chef said he was too busy and not taking any more orders, it was only on Thursday night. I'm sorry, but wt?* I'm driving a lot and I've never experienced it. Sure, I've been really busy, it's gonna take an hour, they still want to order typ scenarien that are actually welcomed in their honesty. but it sounded more like the chef just fed a wobble, so everyone was denied the service. not professional, and leave a bad taste (pun intended). will certainly think twice before it gets back there.
We friend from Germany visited on the dec. I paid my bill, asked for a written bill. because lady only found the amount. After the review we found bottle wein and other items that we did not have.Strange we had not seen another table with wine bottle on table. so can not be a fault.Explained at front lady and told me I am correct, can have a credit refund on my visumert balance the young have betrayed me.
A really nice outlook, situated near the edge of the Tamar river Friendly service and lots of seating options available (outside and inside).
Great meal, great ale, great service. Cool little spot and everything tasted great after summiting Cradle that day.
My family and I were on vacation, lived in the adjacent Penny Royal Inn. We visited the Kings Bridge 3 times during our short stay. First we got ready for breakfast. The eggs of my wife Benedict was delicious. I had a crab and Brie Omelette (a daily special), and it was charged with crab meat and delicious brie. The next day we ended there for dinner. It was a Friday night, and the place has been fully booked. They had a table for 2 free and were more than for our party of 2.5 (the 0.5 is our 2-year-old son). The staff was prompt, friendly, and liked to bring empty paper and crayon to occupy our son. My steak was cooked perfectly, although he could have been spiced a bit better. The pork belly of my wife was outstanding, with crisp cracking, and the fat was perfectly aligned. This night, live music was in half the pub (which was fine with me, and best for our 2-year-olds), so we get after a pint after dinner. Surprisingly, for a hotel pub it seemed to give a few locals, which is usually a sign of a good pub. On the last day in Launceston we ended there for lunch, which is not disappointed again. The drawn brisket was smoky, and the Caesar salad was fantastic. If you are in Launceston, you want a high-quality pub meal, with friendly service and a good beer to wash it off, and then board it with a meal and a drink.
