Bidra med feedbackLocated next to the Launceston General Hospital, this bustling cafe is beloved by hospital staff and ex-mainlanders alike. The coffee is top-notch, and the menu offers a wide selection of delicious Greek Australian cuisine. Don't miss out on the mouth-watering spanakopita and oat cranberry biscuits. While parking may be a challenge, the restrooms are clean and well-maintained. With its popularity, it's highly recommended to make a reservation for breakfast or brunch.
I stopped here for coffee and to catch up with a friend. We ordered two capacinos and they came out as large capacinos which it seems they will default to unless you specify.they were bitter and foamy. They were unable to provide a high chair for my baby because they don't even have any. When the staff rudely said that they don't have high chairs I felt very unwelcome and I imagine they say that 10 times a day to families. Why discriminate against a huge demografic of clientele? Do you know how much money you could make by making mothers and families welcome. I say this as a successful restraunteer myself. You are not the customer. We are. Pull your **** finger out. We won't be back and I'm sure you loose many repete customers because of your bad attitude.
I've had coffee and tea here before and always enjoyed my caffeine break ...... until today. I was served what I hadn't ordered nor paid for but when I asked the waitress to correct the order, a young but very pretentious waitress snapped at me that I got what I ordered. Afterwards, I asked my friend was it my imagination about the rudeness of her reply. Brad said to me that she should not be in the hospitality industry but that he was normally too shy to complain, he just will never go back and neither will I.
My daughter and I visited this restaurant for breakfast. The food and coffee were delicious. We would definitely come back again. The service was exceptional.
I have visited this café three times and have been consistently impressed with the professional service and the high-quality food. I would not eat anywhere else in Launceston.
