Fatburger Buffalo's Express - Laughlin

Definitely the worst service!!!! We never received service and finally just left after waiting nearly 10 minites. The person working up front was putting food away in the side refrigerator section so I didn't mind waiting and figured he would justfinish up and then come take our order. He never made eye contact or acknowledged that we were there, another employee that camefrom the kitchen area even told him he had someone up front and he still never looked at us. When he finally finished puttingthe food away, he turned, walked out and left. We couldn't believe what we were seeing, we just left and we will NEVER go back.

Worst customer service ever. Waited over 30 minutes to order. No sense of urgency from the staff. Plenty of customers walking away from being in line due to the inefficient staff. One employee wearing Nike sandals having her soda breaks while assistingcustomers. That same employee saying she is not worried about customers leaving? These people don?t want to work. One customerwas in line for about 20 minutes when he finally made it to the front of the line they said they were closed. He asked at whattime they close since it was not 11 yet. Unbelievable.

My husband and I were here for lunch because we're vegan. I have the Veggieburger without the bungalow and my husband had the impossible burger. Both were very good as the thin pommes. Demetrius changed his gloves before he treated our burgers and grilled them on a separate grill we had appreciated. Also the other guy who works there showed me the ingredients in the bungalows and they all had eggs in them, so I rejected the bungalow. The girl in the register was very patient and answered our questions so well she could. All were very friendly. We were disappointed that they were from vegan shakes and herbal chick nuggets.

I ordered the smallest burger meal with thin fries and a side of ranch dressing. Everything was quite good, although the ranch dressing seemed a bit diluted. The service was pretty fast, and the woman at the register was very pleasant.

This burger was delicious! Everything was fresh and flavorful, and we enjoyed it even more than the typical burger. It is slightly on the expensive side, but totally worth it.
