Starbucks - Lathrop

I've been to this location several times before and they were pretty good experiences. However, today was a disappointment. Whoever the lady in front who took our orders did not smile, no welcoming or friendly customer service. Pretty sure she is not any of the other barista I met there before. It took a while to get our coffee cake order. If we didn't check on it, no one paid attention to us at the counter. Usually, staff will ask when they see someone waiting a while at the front counter. Oh well. One of those days, I guess. Our drinks were good so that's a positive at least.

Every where you go there's no restroom service but it's nice to stop at Starbucks they give the code ok great food great drinks and great

Absolutely terrible service and my drink was made wrong. Would not recommend to anyone who loves to drink Starbucks because you will get a watered down, poor service excuse of a Starbucks.

Hit or miss them with their coffee orders and they closed the doors due to the kovid, but leave their mobile order app on so when u mobile ordering and u are waiting to grab and go they still find them waiting in a long drive-thru line only to pick up their order and their coffee is luke warm because it has been made there since they made a mobile order.
