Waffelato - Las Vegas

Very great place and delicious. They did forget or lose my fiancés order and it took a while to get his food. I was completely done with my meal when he got his/ Then forgot syrup. But the place has great food. You may have to wait due to the high demand and made to order but I think it is definitely worth it.

I've come to this place so many times, reason for the 4 stars is because they removed the Horchata flavor I loved. Hope they bring it back soon.

Food was good, great location, nice shop clerk. Would have been five stars except the clerk touched the waffle with their bare hands. Would have been more enjoyable if they were using gloves while handling our freshly made waffle.

Decided to walk over for some dessert after walking Fremont experience. It was about a short block away. It seems that we either went at a popular time or we had brought in the crowd. There was about four individuals before us but around 6 after us. There was only one person helping everyone but, considering how many she had to help, the wait wasn't too bad. Price wise, my order was just under $10. I kind of wished I got more gelato and less chips and M&Ms. I consistently tasted more of the chocolate and candy than I did my gelato. My kids probably would have loved it but it was a but overwhelming for me.

Found this little gem by a young lady named Norma on YouTube who lives in Vegas. Found out the owner was the lady who waited on us. An absolute sweetheart. Her name is Diane. Super nice lady. Stayed in Vegas for 5 days and showed up every day for a waffle cone. What made this place so special was the one on one interaction she has with the customer. As well as another young lady who waited on us. In this day of thanks for your order. Next. It was really refreshing for the personal service. The gelato was amazing as well as the toppings. A must see when you visit Vegas. We will be there next May. We visit once a year. After check in. We will be going to Container Park for some more.
