Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Las Vegas

First he called to make sure they were open, although it says 24 hours; the kerl answered and said they were open. 10 minutes later I came to the drive and no answer. I've been hitting the window to knock and nothing. I saw another car driving through and waiting. I went to the door and couldn't see anyone inside. I saw the car behind me, give up and go.

Terrible team work ? very poor customer service. I've had a prior negative experience at this location before, and chalked it up to a bad day for the employees/store so I didn't leave bad review. However, after today customers complaints should be taken to upper management/owner as not to blemish other TS locations in town.I placed my mobile/app order prior; upon arriving there was an employee counting drawer with an unwelcoming face/demeanor, and he didn't acknowledge me. After a few (3) minutes, another employee asked how can she help I pointed to the receipt (that showed my name, smoothie,&order was still attached to the print out machine at the register and stated that i had placed my order through the app, she said ok it would be up shortly. TS app listed pick up time at 218pm, I arrived at 208pm. There were 3 customers waiting, so I didn't say anything until someone that arrived after me was given their order. Long story long, ??? didn't receive my [1]smoothieorder until 238pm. I'll drive out of my next time fool me twice, shame on me

Got a sunrise sunset, no flavor, water down and a lot of ice. Cmon, JUST FOLLOW THE RECIPE! 01/21 9:40PM this crew sucks. After midnight the smoothie is perfect!

Sitting in the drive thru with no response... I figured this location must be closed. Drove around to see the worker playing virtual reality games system... Realy tropical smoothie.. Your food is fire yet your human resource department should be fired

Don't use their drive thru! I waited 25 minutes to not even move to get someone to take my order....Tried other times of day and their drive thru is horrific ....male sure you are in no hurry if you are okay with being in drive thru 40+ minutes
