Sterling Brunch Buffet Bally's Las Vegas

Food was great. Just not hot. More like room temperature

Well we’re can I start. Rubbery lobster, overcooked crab legs, limited options. This was such a disappointment. I will never again return.

Its expensive, 125$ plus tax and tip, BUT the champaign is unlimited and its MUMS, (delicious). there is lobster, king crabs, filet mignon etc, BUT it is cooked for hundreds at a time and it is a buffet line.. so its served warm, not hot. I was surprised sodas, coffee, latte, cappuccino is also INCLUDED, not extra, which was nice. Our waiter was pure joy! Service could not have been better. Im glad I had the buffet, but I would not do it again.

This was my second visit to the Sterling Brunch. Our server was great and the food was terrific; lobster, caviar, filet, crab legs/claws. The lobster/Boursin omelet was fantastic and the champagne flowed freely. The only thing that detracts is that as the price increases, the value is not quite there. My first visit was $85/person plus tax/tip. Their website showed it was $105/person and then when we visited on 3/8 it was $125/person.

I made a reservation three months in advance and assumed everything was fine since it wasn't canceled. The day before my reservation, I received an email asking if I would be attending, and I confirmed my reservation. When I arrived, however, the restaurant was closed, and I couldn't find any information about cancellations or notifications to customers. To make matters worse, I received a "thanks for dining with us!" email two days later.
