Open table did not work… I was waiting for ever but did not get seated so I had to waist 30min lol

Hostesses were awful and rude we used the app and they sat 3 couples before us then when in the back to have a 10 min discussion while we were waiting. The waitress was amazing…
Hair in my food. Never eating at chilis again. Horrible service. Very unprofessional.
