Phil's Steak House - Las Vegas

Avoid if possible… We joined for an app prior to the cirque show. The old fashioned was weak. It felt like a watered down pre-made mix and for the price one would expect a bespoke cocktail. The service was timely, but they acted like they couldn’t wait to get rid of us and we were as polite and gracious as one could be. Just an absolute blah experience and the price point does not justify it whatsoever.

We were looking for a traditional Las Vegas steakhouse for my birthday celebration and we found it with Phil's Steak House, what an amazing place. I hope you are fortunate enough to have Felix as your waiter, he was phenomenal as was all the staff that assisted him. The food was cooked to perfection, the pacing for our meal was spot on and Phil's is the epitome of old Las Vegas charm and ambiance. We also discovered the Maître d' i had just retired after 40 years but returned because he loved the place so much and we could see why. We will be back and this is our spot now!!

Sal who is the night manager needs to work on his customer service. Very disrespectful and unprofessional towards his employees. Might of recommended this restaurant if it wasn't for Sal.

Restaurant was very noisy due to one party. Thankfully, they were finishing up as we were starting. Our waiter was very attentive and courteous. Mistakenly asked another waiter for something, and, although he acknowledged us it was not followed up. Food was excellent and we were able to be seated early.
