Bidra med feedbackVery rude workers. Our order on the line was late (20 min) and the person I spoke insisted there was no order under our name. She wouldn't take the time to help, but went away. We discovered that the order was not completed at home. They offered no excuse.
The service was terrible. Shown at 10:45 and not get my food that is not completely boiled at 11:12. I enjoy Panda Express, but that was not a good experience.
Tired to be asked to donate or round off the change. Inflation is out of control. I would not be so upset if the beef n Broccoli actually had beef. The food is cooked well. You have nothing wrong. Only annoyed that they're pushing donations everywhere.
Shady biz. They added 1 dollar to my order without asking if I wanted to donate and asked me to pull around to the front and gave me the wrong order. I asked for the manager and they said pick a free appetizer. I don't need free stuff I need what I ordered and paid for.
Went through drive through, they didn't have my order ready so they asked me to pull around up front. I waited for 10 mins, they finally came but with no condiments. I asked for them and the young lady said she'd bring some. I waited 10 mins to realize she was not coming back. I went inside and i was asked if i could be helped, I asked for hot and soy sauce, the lady i assume was the manager gave me 1 sauce. I explained that i had purchased 4 plates and would need 1 per plate, she gave me 1 packet. I politely said that if needed to I would pay for more, she stared me down as if we were about weigh in at the UFC fight. All the employees looked scared of her. She knows nothing about customer service and now that i think about it she probably ordered the employee not bring any condiments out to my truck. HORRIBLE: customer service and probably horrible place to work. I WILL BE BOYCOTTING THIS PLACE and i hope the owners are made aware of their managers.
