I called the load and spoke to the manager named miguel and told him what happened. drove 30mins back into the load, as my wife is pregnant and longing after the crispy hen. she and gave me the 2pc crispy and a soda! how serious? with all comfort, frustration and gas, all he could do. Even the customers inside told him that he can do better than that, but he said this is all he could do! customer service!
A scream at their driving staff at the closing on Christmas Eve. When I came into the window, I realized that they were officially closed around 19 o'clock, but they still helped the guests until 19:20 o'clock 4 cars were parked to wait for our food. coworkers looked tired, but were still polite and pleasant I think a person from the cars went to the window and yelled at them). we have one of our pages wrong, but I still appreciate these workers a lot!
Wrong ordering at the drive thru, was paid 22min for potcake in 31min extra for 2 breast got 2 half boiled upper legs, green beans have mais in it, cartoffels crawl and tasty like acid milk. las vegasfood: 1/5

I went through the drive thru and the girl employee Lizz was very rude and had no customer service and no greeting, I tried to ask for ranch and she closed the window in my face. I walked in and they stood around for 15mins ignoring me and all I wanted was some ranch. Be careful going here they are very rude with bad service, management please retrain your employees, this is a food service industry so let's give good service to the customers.
