You want good food and great customer service, please come and see Miguel! His vibe just makes you want to smile. With so many angry people in this world its amazing the spirit and kindness he has! We can all use more people like him in this world!!

The customer service was excellent, but the quality of the food was disappointing. The pancakes were rubbery as if they were heated in a microwave, my daughter's sandwich bread was soggy, and my granddaughter's chicken fingers were burnt and dry. The prices are also high for the low quality of food. This restaurant used to be a go-to spot, but not anymore.

Eating took super long and everything was tasteless. I went to other ihops and I was always satisfied, this has missed its brand big time. will not come back, they will save their money and time.

Horrible service! I use to come to this location to eat my lunch everyday, until I noticed this server been overcharging my drinks. I pointed it out to this little girl and she gave me the most attitude ever, even gave me back my tip lol. Then I come the next day, and see the same girl, and told her I don’t want her as a server because I don’t have time for her attitude today. She refused me service and kicked me out! I don’t know who that little African American girl think she is, but customer service is obviously not her thing, and she has a MAJOR attitude. Asked for a manager… of COURSE there’s no manager or supervisor in at the moment. I just left before I really got mad at that little girl. Never coming here again, she acts like it’s her house or something. Now I see why this location is always empty.

I went to IHOP tonight with my boys, and Brittany was the only waitress. She handled all the tables, and brought the food out fresh, prompt, and with Stellar customer service. She would be a great asset to any company. I eat at many restaurants and she probably is the best waitress I ever had. Keep up the good work!If your in the area go eat at this IHOP. You definitely won’t be disappointed!
