Bidra med feedbackLast evening we dined at Giada — five women (from 91 to 9 years) representing four generations in our family. We are huge Giada fans and were so looking forward to the experience. The restaurant is beautiful. We were seated at a table with a wonderful view. The meal was superb! Except for the waiters who brought the food, the service was very disappointing. Our server was not kind or helpful. A female wait staff who assisted him was equally disappointing. After our dinners were served and we were enjoying the food, she came to our table and exclaimed that she was heartbroken that we used a knife to cut the pasta. It was truly disappointing to be treated in the manner we experienced.
Completely disappointed. Went here with five others for my Leap Year birthday. Picked this restaurant over all others in Vegas. What a huge disappointment. We ordered bread that looked lovely but was dry and flavorless. Ordered appetizers that were adequate. Absolutely nothing was worth the price. The lemon spaghetti was flavorless nothing was special and everything was far overpriced. Had the hazelnut soufflé that literally tasted like scrambled eggs. I’m all for high priced meals when warranted, but nothing about this meal was worth the price or going back unfortunately. Such a sad 60th birthday meal.
The was not cooked correctly or as advertised. The view is great. The service sucked. I absolutely would have called them out, but didn't want to ruin anyone else's already sub par experience. What weak sucks!!!
We enjoyed our appetizers, but the main dishes reminded us of slightly more upscale Olive Garden but with dryer chicken. All staff that served us were impersonal and cold, maybe even a touch rude. The dessert menu was physically put into our hands without asking. When we got the check, the waiter tossed it on the table and walked away with not so much as even a “Thank you”.For the price, my wife and I expected to be wowed, but we both left disappointed. I would recommend going elsewhere.
Our server was super fun and engaging. The lobster ravioli was amazing. Definitely better than the house speciality lemon noodles I got. They were good, but the ravioli was just so much better. The risotto was very good too.Cocktails were tasty and fun.We got a chocolate cake that was just way too rich. None of us could have more than a couple of bites.
