Flour Barley Brick Oven Pizza Las Vegas

Stopped for a pizza while on vacation in Vegas. The place was PACKED there was a bit of a wait to get inside. There was plenty of seating outside but we wanted inside. The girl at the door quickly found us a table let us right in. She warned us there could be a bit of a wait before someone took our order but we were good with that! We ordered a pepperoni pizza beers! The pizza came quickly was hot good. It was slightly greasy....but yeah, it's pizza, sooo.....haha....it was delicious. Beer was cold. Pizza was hot. Reasonably priced. Forgot to take a picture.

Jared was awesome very knowledgeable on the gluten free products which was much appreciated. He was very welcoming. Food was great thank you all

Food is always phenomenal! We have been here several times and are never disappointed.

AMAZING GF FOOD! Great Service Best I've had in my life, didn't believe it's GF. Sat at bar and Jose took care of me. He knows how to make a drink I got food to go for flight home

Flour Barley has a nice selection of pastas and pizzas. While they offer gluten free options for both, their fryer is curiously not separate, creating the potential for cross contamination for the Brussels sprouts and buffalo cauliflower. The gluten free pizza crust is remarkably deep and fluffy, a departure from what you get at most pizza joints. Lots of drink options. Service attentive and food brought freshly prepared and hot. Can eat inside or out.
