I ordered the chicken parm sandwich for delivery. There is not a single piece of chicken on it it's burnt and hard. I will never order from here again.

Asked for a bag was told I couldn’t have one. Cool I will take a refund then. Amazing customer service.

Pasta had very little Alfredo sauce. Bread was burnt on the edges not able to tear apart.

Ordered 4 pizzas and 2 orders of the chocolate lava cake. Had a coupon for a free medium pizza.Went to pick up the pizzas, and waited about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. The lady at the counter was rude and told me she cancelled my order and will not honor the coupon. I asked if I could still pay for my pizzas, she said no and that she canceled the order. After being on the cash register, she went back to making pizzas WITHOUT washing her hands or using gloves. Disgusting. My order being cancelled was a blessing in disguise.
