Bidra med feedbackWe have supported this Dairy Queen location from the very first year they opened. We also will visit other Dairy Queen locations, and what is sad is this location charges $7.59 for a Large Blizzard, and they do not even use Blizzard lids- they use soda cup lids. This shortens the amount they give you by a SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT; roughly by 25-30% of the blizzard, I would say. Other Dairy Queen locations I have been to only charge $5.59 for a Large Blizzard and they fill it all the way to the top of the Blizzard lid, which is the way the blizzard should be provided. DO NOT COME HERE, unless you are wanting to be overcharged for receiving less than what you are paying for.
READ THIS The absolute WORST DQ in all of Vegas. Idc how bad you want ice cream, bypass this specific location. Came here at 9:26pm on a Saturday night for 2 blizzards and 1 cheese curd. Only one car in front of me, i thought, cool- won 't be long .. Boy was i wrong. They messed up the order for the car in front of us and had us waiting for 20- T W E N T Y minutes. I am NOT exaggerating .. 20m sitting in the drive thru. I almost turned my car off. Then to add insult to injury, our blizzards came with lids, slightly melted, and the cheese curds are lukewarm because they 've clearly been sitting!!!! For TWENTY MINUTES...So let me get this straight- you make me wait 20m for something you guys messed up, instead of having the car in front pull forward and wait. And you have the audacity to make me pay full price?! Believe I 'm calling the store tomorrow to see who will fix this. If not, i can call corporate too. The level of customer service decline is egregious and unacceptable. When you make a mistake; own it, and rectify it. Don 't tell me i can 't give you any discounts, sorry and then proceed to hand me melted ice cream and lukewarm food for $20+...I won 't let this go. Trust me.
One Friday at 11:30 am, we decided to swing by Dairy Queen for some tasty treats. We placed our order at the drive thru window menu, and there was just one car ahead of us. Little did we know, it was going to be quite an adventure! As we patiently waited for our order of blizzards, chicken strips, and a strawberry milkshake, we realized there was only one employee working their magic in the kitchen. Kudos to them for handling everything like a champ! Meanwhile, the car behind us started honking, maybe thinking our order was taking forever. But hey, we understood the situation a one person show isn't easy!When the drive thru window finally opened, our excitement skyrocketed. We handed over our money, but sadly, we received only one order of chicken strips. Whoops! Despite the little mishap, we were still on time and couldn't help but empathize with the hardworking employee juggling it all. We can't help but wonder, does the owner know about this situation? Running a fast food joint with just one person is definitely not ideal, right? We hope this dedicated employee is being compensated for the work of three people they deserve it! Now, let's be clear, we love Dairy Queen, but this particular location could definitely use some improvement in the management department. Don't worry though, we're not blaming the dedicated and hardworking employee in any way!So, next time you visit Dairy Queen, cross your fingers and hope for some extra helping hands behind the counter. Maybe three employees instead of one?
I had an issue with the handling of an order at DQ, so I sent in a message via their website. Quickly, corporate reached out and said the issue was not acceptable and should be addressed by the owner. They stated they would send the owner the note and have them contact me. After a week, I wrote back to corporate, explaining I had not heard anything from the owner. They were sad to hear this and said they would contact the owner of the DQ once again and have them get back with me. It's been almost ONE month and no response from the establishment. Clearly they care less about their customers, and more about making a dollar.
