Cousins Maine Lobster (food Truck)

This was a great lobster roll. Service was friendly and quick. Appreciated being able to get a fresh, high quality lobster roll 5 minutes from my house in Inspirada. Thanks.

Their truck came to Henderson over the weekend where I tried the connecticut roll and the flavor /quality of the lobster was on point ? Unfortunately as a tall man with a healthy appetite, the portion left a lot to be desired. Maybe I 'm old fashioned, but for $23 I was expecting something that would take me more than three bites to finish. I could easily have eaten two of those and still felt hungry. Just not a realistic option for a full-sized adult male. Here 's the box the sandwich came in with a 12 oz. soda can for comparison.

Totally ridiculous that you can charge 24 dollars for a piece of bread and a few pieces of lobster better off going to Shucks restaurant and having a lobster roll meal, fries included for 16 dollars!!! So take it from someone who learned the hard way and got bittin by an old shark that's hungry for money!!!

Cousins lobster roll Connecticut style is a rare find in Las Vegas. The bread roll is on point. The perfect toasty bun. When adding extra lobster it has the perfect amount of meat. Lobster tots are also a fave.

It's great to see Maine lobster in the desert of Las Vegas. However, I'm from New Hampshire as a New Englander would say that the chowda was skimpy on the lobsta meat. There was one tiny little piece in it. Also the lobster rolls should be filled more for the money. I realize that I'm not in New England but back there you get a little bit more for your money.
