Went here on recommendation. Had the Nachos as starter then the Angus Burger. Burgers are really great of taste so were the nachos, only downside, the waitress didn't ask if we wanted to have the meat well done, medium or rare. And during dinner we were not asked if we ok or the food was good. An improvement on the costumer service will bring this place far!
We went to this restaurant for lunch as we do it from time to time and we found the usual problem but even worse. The place is known by its slow service.... this time we have to wait over 40 minutes for a couple of burgers. Maybe they were killing the cow, grounding the meat and cocking it while they harvested the wheat which was latter used to made the buns.... Or it may had been that they just did not care about the patrons hungerness. On top of that the waiter, who was always correct, forgot about asking about how do we like our burgers... We actually like them medium-rare and they came well done. This is sad since they have quite a good meat. My recommendation: try some other place until they improve the service.
Nice bar with an elaborate beer menu. And the waitresses are gorgeous. I didn't eat here so can't say anything about that.
Summary: The place offers decent burgers and an appropriate price but it lacks a good beer menu and the service it quite bad. PROS: Meat quality, burger size and price CONS: Service and beer menu Located on the '7 Palmas ' Mall, one of the 'chick ' malls in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, this fast food restaurant was a nice surprise. The place has, both, inside and outside tables. Due to Gran Canaria weather, you can enjoy both types of tables year round. Going to the place may be an issue if you don 't have a car since the mall is on the outskirts of the city. Even if we went on a Monday afternoon, the place had plenty of patrons, a sure sign of the popularity of the place. Over half of the 'terrace ' tables were being used and the situation was a little worse inside. We decided an inside table (booth type) since it was quieter inside and patrons are not allowed to smoke indoors. The waitress arrived a few moments latter to ask for your drinks, it took 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive, and we had to call him twice so we could order our food. We asked for 4 burgers, two of one type, one of another and obviously the fourth one of another kind. After a long wait we got three (one of each kind) and when we ask for the fourth one they told us that they had made a mistake on the kitchen and it would arrive soon.... 15 minutes latter it finally arrived. We also decided to ask for desserts and after waiting for over 25 minutes we decided to go someplace else. In general the service was kind and polite but I think it was a disorganize. On top of that they never asked for the meat term... and all burgers were medium-well to well done even if some of us requested them to be cooked medium-rare or rare. Burger size was 'good ' and the advertised 200 grams was as far as I can tell right. The buns were surprisingly tasty and the meat quality impressive for local standards. If they had cooked the meat properly it would have been memorable. the side fries were quite good and I can not say anything about the coleslaw side since I don 't like it. At first look the list of beers and drinks seemed remarkable but after a intensive review a decent selection of lager or porter (or many others) beers was missed. Price was around 12 euros per person including a drink but without appetizers or dressers.
