Bidra med feedbackSelected this place because they had a bathroom. The food was amazing! The server asked where we were from. When we said California, she positively lit up! She recommended a traditional Canarian pork dish, but since we don’t eat red meat—I did say from California—brought us the potatoes instead. They looked like little volcanoes in their presentation with the red mojo sauce acting as lava. The highlight of the meal was of course the two crispy chicken sandwiches: Cajun chicken and Moa moa chicken with avocado mayonnaise served on the softest of poppy seed buns (BTW it included fries which were served hot and crispy. . We worked through the language barriers using translation apps to ask each other questions. In the end, the server—I didn’t get her name, but she had brightly colored hair—not hot pink, but in the family—recommended desert which we were too full to eat there, so we took it to go, and served us a little shot of honey rum on the house. An all around pleasurable experience.
Spent the day in Las Palmas and saw this restaurant using Tripadvisor's Nearby function. It looked different and we had a delicious lunch. Started with pear and black pudding dumplings, two main course salads where you choose what you want in them, a chicken finger burrito which came with a small side of nachos topped with guacamole and pico de gallo, and chicken fingers and chips for our youngest. Lovely food. Some of the dishes were not currently available but I suspect this is supplier issues. The English menus were photocopied and I asked for fries to go with the burrito but they didn't turn up. However, I was full so they weren't needed. Highly recommended, would happily go again.
We ate here for lunch and it was very good. The canaries potatoes, calamari and fried cheese were very tasty and would definitely recommend. The poke bowl was ok but needed extra sauce. Nice terrace and good service, would definitely come back if we were in the area again!
Altamente recomendable.
