I was a regular customer of the cafe. But on one occasion they debited me twice the amount on the account. A mistake that can happen. I made the complaint with the afternoon manager and spoke with the boss, who, from the beginning, noticed that he did not want to take responsibility. He suggested that I bring him proof of payment to reimburse me and he promised to send me the collection summary and he did not do so. The moment I get the receipts from the bank I decide to take them with me. I request contact with the morning manager and she denies it for the second time. He takes the complaint personally and treats me badly. I understand the way she reacts, but I told her that it's nothing with her, that she just needed to talk to the boss again and agree on the rest. He denied it to me and wanted me to come 4 days later, I agreed to that but asked for the complaint book and he also denied it. Finally I went and spoke with the afternoon manager and she treated me very well. And shortly after, I received a refund. The boss never showed his face and on top of that he sent the manager to tell me that I was no longer welcome in the cafe. A client, and even more so a regular one, being treated that way is humiliating. I thank the rest of the staff who have always treated me with the greatest love in the world and have worked excellently. It's a shame that from above (the boss, I don't even know his name) did not manage the situation properly.

On pasta day on the executive menu I found the option without tac in pasta!!!! Delicious as always in this place that serves you in the best way every time I go.
