Mcdonald's - Las Cruces

We went through the drive-thru this time, and we almost always get what we want. I mean, it's not really good for us, but everyone always has a smile on the face. good work mcds. food: 5/5

Worst McDonald's we have ever encounter on the road, kiosks did not work, and when I asked for help, the employee was incompetent, said he did not know how to use it either, we asked if he could take the order, (he did not offer , and he messed it up! when we told them they did not offer to correct it, we were told it was not his fault, because he was new, (we were told this twice! , so if it was not his fault, then it is the manager's! who failed to properly train him! Why was he left alone at the cash register if he was new?? Do not put your employees to help customers before they are properly trained!

This was honestly one of the nicest drive through experiences I’ve had. The person who took our order was so kind!

I love this location! No matter the day or time I go in, the food is always hot and the customer services is always friendly. Shoutout to the youth that work there too, they work hard and do an amazing job.

This is the 4th time in a row I have ordered one combo and they make me pull up to wait for my food. I understand drive times are important but it takes longer for the customer when you make them wait on the side of the building. That’s not accomplishing any drive time goal it’s more like lying for numbers. I was the only person in like and they still made me pull up.
