I came to eat at lunch in this place, appetizer of porcini and parmesan, fettuccine ai porcini. The appetizer was a very small portion, the taste of pork covered with sage, unmangiabile!! Dry fettuccine, without salt, oil with 2 porcini thrown above. I asked to have some parsley and the boy almost shamed is back telling me they didn’t have it in the kitchen. The staff was very kind! But the food and the bad service! Passed more than 1 hour between one flow and the other. The only thing that saved was the pig! Good.
Porcini mushrooms are the main ingredient in this trattoria. They feel that they are fresh and full of flavor, the real one. They are not fully exploited, however, because they are cooked in one way and then combined with pasta, meat or in a salad with reggiano. Porcini cutters were cutters on one side and porcini on the other.
