Ristorante Bar Pizzeria I Due Laghi

As a frequent visitor it pains me to say it but service is not what it once was. This evening the waitress could seem to manage to bring more than one plate at a time. After 40 minutes we all had something to eat. This arbitrary uncoordinated service has been a problem this season. Regarding the service Marco is attentive, provides drinks immediately, checks on orders regularly even in other tables and offers good service. I feel bad asking to have him as a server I expect they will only think that I want the “hot” waiter but, genuinely, he is the only one that provides full service. With the others something is always missing: how long does it take to bring wine to a table? 15 minutes???!!?! Do I have to make a special request for Parmesan if I order pasta? And if I do why does it often not arrive before the end of the meal? And the bill? I’d like to actually understand the prices and would like to easily understand how my order was interpreted by the waiter. And that seemingly complimentary bottle of Prosecco...why does it sometimes appear in the bill?? Kind of bitchy, I know, but I love the place and I want some of these things to be better. I know that I personally would have a better experience.

My family and I have been coming to this place for years every time we are Tuscany. We tend to sit outside under the veranda and enjoy the cool evening breeze. The food is not pretentious and is absolutely delicious. It is the type of place you can relax at and know whatever you try, it will be a delight to your palette.

Posto molto carino, casareccio, cucina molto buona e curata , servizio ottimo e veloce da tornarci, prezzo un pò alto ma va bene visto il servizio.

It's subjective, but there's been an improvement in the food over the last year.
