Village Inn - Largo

Amazing in any category service, food, atmosphere. We love it! My friend said she wanted strawberry robe cake. We took a stand at a fabulous meal and went to the cashier for the Take-Home-Pie. When we came back and broke up the cake, it turned out that he was mixed berry! And we have an excuse to go back? Thank you.

Looking for a good little diner? That's enough. We? ve ate here a few times and while there is nothing to write at home, the food and service are okay. Hubby had everything you can eat on Friday fish and said the first record was about 2 stars, but the second was a hot, spicy well and a solid 4 stars. I ordered Pick-4 breakfast as this was a simple way to ensure a gluten-free experience. They were made of grottos and other objects, but I finally got on 4 and every dish was small. We sat with a full look at all who come and go and noticed that none of the teams were busy or working with customers. All in all it is and just stays okay.

The staff is wonderful and the food delicious, everything was cooked according to our specific specifications. Unfortunately, our waitress can't remember her name, but she's an older lady probably 4'10 remembered us from last year, which is great as we are only for a week in July.

Thursday, not busy. Super friendly server. I have the special thing that day, beef cake and soup. Soup was good, but it was more taste than a cup. So small. Pot pie had only the top crust as most places. I prefer more like a cake. But well tasted. French silk cake for dessert, it was good, but rich, basic cake crust. Good price for lunch.

First time in Florida for two and a half years, so had to have breakfast out on our first morning at one of our favourite places. Always a warm and genuine welcome. The menu has all our favourites plus some new combinations and deals. Good coffee and orange juice obviously. Prices are competitive and quality of food is high all expertly cooked. We'll be back before return to the UK and will buy a pie to eat before we go. Totally recommended.
