Thai Basil - Largo

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Google stated they were open until 10 PM, but when we arrived at 9 PM, we were told we needed to leave by 9:30. The staff hurried us through the ordering process without giving us enough time to look over the menu. It seemed like they were more focused on closing up than on providing good service. Ultimately, we left without ordering, and the staff didn’t make any effort to address our concerns or ensure our satisfaction. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory.

I won't be returning. The quality of the food has declined. I ordered chicken satay for pickup, expecting a tasty peanut sauce to accompany it. Unfortunately, the sauce was either old or prepared poorly—it was utterly disgusting, and I ended up with a stomachache that night. I thought it might have just been a one-off issue, so a few days later, I tried again and got chicken rice soup and wonton soup. The rice in the chicken soup was so overcooked that it made the whole thing mushy. It was unappetizing. As for the wonton, the dough was undercooked. On another occasion, I tried their ramen noodle chicken soup, and it was the worst I've ever had. Save your time and money—it's just not worth it.

It was fantastic! We spotted the sign in the parking lot and decided to give it a try. The food was so delicious that we both finished all our dishes. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely return.

We always get the food delivered to Our workplace the food is always great but last night me and my husband decided to dine in. It was pouring down raining. We get to the door and the owner is yelling from the cash register we close it was only 7:45 and they didn’t close until 9 PM bad customer service food is great. Service sucks.

Great tasting food but small portions. Also, no free refills on the lemonade that cost $4.50 which is very disappointing.
