Bidra med feedbackI just walked in to this location because I’m so tired, moody and falling asleep.Maquina is the current barista. It is my first time here and I absolutely want to come back. She was so nice and friendly. Said good morning right away and smiled. Even with the mask it was so visible. She lifted my spirits and changed my mood. She talked to me, acknowledged me even while preparing my food and drink order. I’m so glad she was there today. I needed all those good vibes she spreads around her. Thank you Maquina!! This is the tired mom, with the little monsters that didn’t let her sleep. I hope you see this and know how you changed my day around.
Kim was extremely friendly and kind. Really focused on ensuring my order was correct. She re-read it 3 times. And guess what? It was spot on.
The lady that works here is very rude. My wife came in at 6:30 to order a drink and they close at seven and she acted like she didn’t want to do her job. And I just saw her turn someone away five minutes before they close and they don’t close until 7…so why don’t you just tell your employees to do their job until the time clock is out?
Always a pleasure. Staff greet you, are friendly and get it right! I can't say that about every Starbucks I've visited.
I can only give this place one star because I can't give it zero. I've worked in customer service for over a year and can usually handle a busy situation, but the guy working here shouldn't be left to manage things on his own. He was rude and kept insisting that everything I ordered was a matcha potion and a cheese croissant, which was frustrating. They also didn’t have espresso or caramel—seriously, is that even possible? The staff were quite unfriendly, and there was absolutely no need to rush since there was no line at all!
