I usually come here to try a new drink each time I come. This time I ordered the rose jasmine tea, and it was too strong to even enjoy . I asked the cashier to see if they can fix it with a bit of sugar or something, in return I got a cold look and attitude. The customer service was lacking.

Me and my girls went for a drink this past weekend and the cashier was making faces and was so rude when taking our order! The drinks are good but the customer service is the worst!!!

Their drinks are always the best. My go to desserts place. I've tried several bubble tea places in laredo and Snow is by far the best.

Acable small place. the employees are sweet and sweet, or should I say. kawaii? after uwu anyway drinks were great the little sweet bear-becher-dingy-magigs that we are lovable. love the environment. very clean. different for laredo, please do not close.
