Pizza Hut - Laredo

Pizza was perfect, hot and ready for curbside pickup!

The pizza and service in DIESER location were excellent. I called to make an order and this is when I visit terrible service from a part of the person who allegedly visited the phone calls at a place in San Antonio. I called on 28. January 2023 at 5:30 p.m. and the woman who answered the call had the most benevolent, arrogant and rude attitude to even raise her voice when I asked if she could repeat. When I picked up my order, I asked who this lady was and was told what I said at the beginning. I could have recorded the call to report this lady more closely.

Horrible Horrible BAD SERVICE by the Cashier/Waitress. At 14:45 a.m. on 09/11/2022 If they only asked attentively whether something else we needed or checked back when we needed something, because my group of guests were the only ones who were there and do not have to hurry to my order, but not to bring the order right or write it loses a good tip. I asked for a great Pepperoni lover and the pepperoni were counted on 3 pieces with little cheese plus pizza soggy. Unbelievable that waiters cook slag on their job performance. Had to get up three times to go what was missing from the order. Both need to train urgently how to treat a customer and provide a better service.

My pizza was so good, with paprika and mushrooms? plus stuffed crust? 100 recommended plus arrived only 45 minutes?

Love pizza from this place. Plus service was friendly and attentive.
