Bidra med feedbackCustomer service was lousy, they give you very little for what you pay for and charge extra gor crackers......extremely disappointed.
Stood in line and they continued to help the people who had come in after me, and just ignored me. Probably because I’m a white girl and my Spanish isn’t very good, they didn’t speak English at this location. I eventually left so I don’t know how the food is, I can only tell you how it looks, and it looked sad. Just cafeteria type trays, that looked like they’d been sitting out for awhile. Probably dodged a bullet!
Food is good, customer service is not good at all. Worker looked miserable like if she was annoyed. You're representing someone's business, or trying to attract business and she was doing the opposite. And to top it off she charged us full price for a combo that includes a soup and drink and only gave us the salads because she said she had already put the soups away, it was only 7:30 they didn't close til 8 according to the times google. Maybe the other locations have better customer service but the one on McPherson I do not reccomend.
Only two women work during lunchtime, and only one table with about 5 people in the whole restaurant. A woman seemed to train and didn't know how to enter items in the register, which delayed us a little... new girl a little rude... Paradise salad is a little overpriced for what you get; but food and presentation was pretty good. Good menu selection and everything was very fresh
I picked up lunch at the Jaime Zapata location, and everything in my order was delicious. I had the sanwichon, macaroni salad, and fideo; they all tasted great. Unfortunately though, I did find a hair stuck inside my macaroni salad, so that ruined the experience a bit. Also, I noticed a service charge on my receipt. It was only 35¢, no big deal, but I 'm curious what that is for? They do have a tip jar, but is this additional charge like a forced tip?
