Jalapeños Pizza Wings - Laredo

We ordered a hand tossed pizza and received a paper thin crust. They refused to acknowledge that there was anything wrong with the order. This is not a what hand tossed crust looks like.

Not sure what happened. Although we are disappointed that flavor crust is no longer available we still enjoy a good pie from time to time. Today you had multiple people working, the store appeared slow and our pizza was horrible. We both had one slice, and threw the rest away. Ironically our dog, who thinks he is human would not even eat it. It was dry and thin. The cheese was minimal, and over cooked. It really tasted like it was old, or reheated to long.

I’m not saying anything bad about young working staff, but I was there (8pm Wednesday) trying to have dinner with a friend, good conversation and just and enjoyable evening, but boy it was loud, extremely loud. There was a group of parents with a group of like 17 year old teenagers that were acting like small children in a playground or a group of cheering fans in a football game. The girls were screaming, doing school cheers, etc. My friend and I were not able to talk to each other because we couldn’t hear each other. The waitress told us that they couldn’t tell them to quiet down or stop doing actual cheer moves inside restaurant cause it was up to the parents.The parents never told the girls to quiet down, behave, show any kind of manners. I understand the loud screaming and running around if it was a Macdonalds playground. The pizza was good, but had to eat really fast, to leave.

Better quality. Seems like very little condiments. Asked for extra cheese on one pizza loom dry.

Last time I checked Pizza are suppose to have a reasonable amount of cheese. The dinner box barely had cheese in the middle and no cheese on the edges
