Domino's Pizza - Laredo

Tried the new tots but turns out to be Burnt and need more cheese* if you have good notes to sonic, wendys or milk queen from here are not worth it!!!

The pizza always arrives on time and its delicious as always, but I wish this establishment kept my info stored somewhere for future orders. Pizza Hut does it and the other Domino 's in my area does it, so why not this one? Why don 't you order from the other Domino 's, then? Someone might say, but unfortunately they no longer deliver to my adress (don 't know why).And that 's my only complaint, really.

Nothing wrong with the pizza but the service is horrible. I personally went in to order pizza, gave specific directions to the manager about my order she came back 10 minutes later to tell me they would have to do it again because they got it wrong. Patiently waited ten more minutes and saw the pizza come out of the oven and then a mask less, gloveless young man preceded to pick at his eyes while getting ready to cut the pizza. I interjected that I wanted the manager to cut it and why. She apologized and did cut it but the young man moved to the register and was extremely rude to me. I explained: Sorry but it 's about Covid and we 're being careful . His response: I don 't care! Can you imagine what happens behind closed doors? Geez! Never again

The pizza and pasta were great but the delivery process was a hot mess. The food was supposed to be delivered to my door but instead I had to walk around on the phone trying to locate my driver. I was outside for 6 minutes in this heat. It was 108 with a heart condition. Not exactly the best combination.

Order from a different dominoes if you can. Ordered a pizza at 11:02 Pizza was ready at 11:11 (as per app) Show up at 11:17 to drive thru. Drive thru is taking forever Get off at 11:25 Wait aprrox 5 mins before someone addresses me Told pizza is in the oven and should take 6 mins 6 mins pass and still not ready Speak to manager and pizza has been sitting under the heat lamps this entire time Female Manager acts as if nothing is wrong I chose to cancel the order because of how horribly this was handled.
