Cosmos Grill - Laredo

Came here during a working trip to Laredo. It is always difficult to find good places without scattering too much of the Jersey Vibe. I must say amazing oysters, great drinks, great food, great service. Look at the huge salmon my friend got for dinner! My little taste friends dance with my inner fat girl. Great for happy hour and big groups. Oh, did I mention they had a DJ at the end of the week? Bartender Cecilia was super nice and fast. Will definitely come back when I'm ever back in town.

It has been an hour, and still no food. But they keep asking if we want more drinks. These meals better be really good !! Maybe should come by tomorrow at lunch... think our food would be ready by then ??

Just came here because my husband was craving lamp chops instead we meet wonderful people and the owners were incredible to talk too. Food was excellent different from our usual but still great, our server Belinda was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Today, was our 2nd time here and we will be back..... Thank you to everyone that we're involved in our visit By the way we are from Georgia

Flex gave us great service and our was busting out with pepperoni! Awesome always clean.

Saturday 6.4.22 went for the first time to Cosmos and was Very Disappointed. The Appletini was ok, then ordered the cucumber martini n it tasted old n it was more like shake type. I told Jose our waiter I didn’t like it so he asked me if I wanted a different drink So I ordered a cosmo but it was kinda thick too but better than the cucumber. The Dr Pepper was flat. I ordered the mahi mahi dinner n the fish was bland. The mash potatoes were tasteless. The only good side dish on my plate was the asparagus. We was a table of 8 n all first timers were disappointed. And to add to all this, they didn’t want to take off the cucumber martini that non of us liked. I was like, Seriously?! Unfortunately was not worth the time n we all spent here. Never again, this place it’s suppose to b Bougie, it must b just for the few Laredo people that don’t know what Bougie is…not offense to no one but I am from Laredo but spent 40 yrs n Dallas. Sorry guys, again no offend to no one…. Owner response: We're disappointed you didn't ask for a Manager Saturday as our #1 goal is always customer satisfaction. There was no indication from you during your visit you were-unsatisfied with your meal, but your photos look like your group enjoyed themselves. took the liberty of researching your check and I can assure you that you were not charged for the cucumber martini nor Dr. Pepper. O PLacencia response 7.29.22 I find it very tacky that instead of owning the errors of our first and last encounter you attack me and assume because our pictures show us having a good time! Mr. Owner, my friends and I would have fun anywhere we go but that doesn’t mean we will be returning to Cosmos ever again. I certainly did not understand what all the hype was all about it turned out to be as bland as the food and drinks were. I now replaced my 2 stars to 1 . And to the Owner, maybe you should have come to the table and see how we were doing. We were the biggest party you had that evening . Hope you improve.
